Returns

Products made by BEAUTIFUL AMBITIONS may be eligible for return.  To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the original packaging, unused and in the condition you received it. Failure to follow these conditions will result in no refund or exchange being given.

The following items are final sale:

• Custom and Personalized Products
• Sale Items
• Other Vendors Items 

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery, based on carrier information.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their product.  Unless the product arrives damaged from shipping or is defective in some way, proof will be required.  Unfortunately, once the product leaves our hands what happens with it is out of our control. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will deducted from the total refund.

OTHER VENDOR RETURNS

Should you have an issue with another vendors items, we ask that you reach out to that vendor directly to determine the actions that need to be taken for that specific product.  We will only be responsible for items made or sold under Beautiful Ambitions.  If you are unable to resolve the issue, with the vendor, we ask that you please reach out to us directly, so we can see if we can help resolve your matter.

We pride ourselves on great customer service and quality products, unfortunately, with the handmade nature of many of our products there may be small variances in items. 

When ordering online, please note: that although we do our best to keep inventory up to date, sometimes orders come in at the same time someone else is shopping in store.  Should an item be purchased online, but in fact sold out in store, a full refund will be given for the OUT OF STOCK item.
