Returns

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the original packaging, unused and in the condition you received it. Failure to follow these conditions will result in no refund or exchange being given.

The following items are final sale:

• Custom and Personalized Products
• Sale Items
• Other Vendors Items purchased at Curated by Beautiful Ambitions
• Items purchased in Stores

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery, based on carrier information.

Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their product.  Unless the product arrives damaged from shipping or is defective in some way, proof will be required.  Unfortunately, once the product leaves our hands what happens with it is out of our control. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will deducted from the total refund.
